Reservations and Cancellations
When booking a cabin stay with Pigeon Forge Rentals, full payment must be received 30 days prior to your reservation date. We require a signed copy of our Reservation Agreement upon making the reservation, as well as a security deposit and waiver for cabins that are three or more bedrooms. The total for your cabin rental will include a $45.00 reservation fee, $20.00 hot tub fee, and a cleaning fee to be determined by the size of the cabin. We accept payments by check, money order, and most major credit cards.
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund for cancellations that are within the three month period of the reservation date or within six months for cabins with five or more bedrooms. If you need to cancel your reservation, call us as soon as possible and we will do our best to change your rental dates for a $35.00 fee or re-book them with another party so we can refund you a partial amount.
Check-in time is 4PM and check out is at 11AM unless you have made other arrangements.
It is the responsibility of all renters to ensure that no damage is done to the cabin or property during their stay, otherwise they will be held financially responsible. You may also be charged an additional cleaning fee should the rental be found to require excessive cleaning. We kindly request that all towels be placed in the bathtub, dishes and cookware washed and put away, inside trash emptied, and the air conditioning set to 85 degrees or heat set to 65. We will be happy to return any items left behind for a $25.00 charge.
